Any coral or frag that does not arrive alive will be covered and credited to your next order. We must be emailed or faxed within 2 hrs of receiving your order. We may require a photo or "D.O.A." sent back to us through USPS. (This only applies when we cannot clearly tell from your photo). This does not cover the cost of shipping or box/handling/ice/heat packs charge. We will not be responsible or guarantee delays from the shipping company such as BAD WEATHER conditions or exceptions, lost, etc. We prefer you to have your package held for pick up at your nearest FedEx location. This way you will be able to get your package by 9 AM. We will have your package delivered to your house, but somebody will need to be home to accept delivery and signature will be required. We will not be responsible if you refuse your package.
