Q: My order has free shipping, but there is a box charge of $8. Why?
A: Every order we ship out has a box charge regardless. The only exception is when multiple boxes are needed. Then there is no box charge. Also, if there are any credits given, then the customer will be responsible for shipping.

Q: Why is shipping so high?
A: On just about every order we lose $15-$25 on shipping just so that we can offer you a competitive low price on shipping.

Q: How will I know my order has been shipped?
A: Usually, we have a shipping schedule posted on our shipping page. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number in it.

Q: Can I use my own FedEx account number when I make a purchase?
A: Yes, you can. We will refund your shipping cost once we receive your email with your account number.

Q: Is signature required for guarantee on coral or fish?
A: Yes, it is. This way we can track it exactly and make sure it was delivered the first time.
